Under the agreement, PAETEC provides redundant Internet connectivity, router management and domain name services that improve connectivity, data transfer speeds, and reliability for PrimeCare's customers worldwide.

The transfer to PAETEC-supplied connectivity began several weeks ago, and was accomplished in incremental steps until the final switchover, which was completed in mid-June. During that process, there was little to no interruption in services to PrimeCare's domestic or international clients. According to W.
