(OTC BB: "OCGT") announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Hackensack University Medical Center, an affiliate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey/New Jersey Medical School and member of the University Health System of New Jersey. Under the terms of the agreement, OCGT's wholly owned subsidiary, PrimeCare Systems, Inc. ("PSI") will integrate three of it's Web sites, PrimeCareOnTheWeb.com, YourOwnDoctor.com, and YourOwnHealth.com, into the Medical Center's Web sites for use by the Medical Center's network of physicians and their patients. The Medical Center will schedule training seminars for physicians and their staffs which will be conducted by PSI's personnel.

YourOwnDoctor.com is a Web Community that hosts individual Web sites for physicians enabling them to promote their services on their own Web sites. Use of these sites enable physicians to provide high quality care for patients, while cutting administrative waste and reducing costs".

PrimeCare's patient interactive medical history Questionnaires permit healthcare providers to select and have their patients securely complete, via the Internet, one or more of approximately 275 medical Questionnaires related to patient symptoms or problems. The patient's responses are immediately processed to generate a Report that includes a list of the diagnostic considerations together with the responses that support each consideration. This creates a comprehensive history of the patient's current medical problem for the physician. The Report can be used for remote triage and initial treatment planning, all without requiring the patient to travel to the doctor's office.
