New Rochelle, N.Y. – January 2 , 2001 - OCG Technology, Inc. (OTC BB: "OCGT") announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, PrimeCare Systems, Inc. ("PSI"), has contracted with Hospital Services, Inc., d/b/a Advantage Healthcare Net ("AHN") to integrate three of PSI's Web sites (the "PSI sites"). The web sites, PrimeCareOnTheWeb.com, YourOwnDoctor.com.com, and YourOwnHealth.com, will be linked into AHN's intranet for use by AHN's membership, consisting of approximately 260 health care provider organizations and their staffs, and including more than 2,500 physicians. AHN will market to and encourage use of the PSI sites by their Member organizations. AHN will also arrange training to be conducted by PSI personnel for their Members.

Don Speare, Director of Marketing of AHN stated, "As a service organization, we seek quality products that will benefit and aid our Members. The PSI sites meet that criteria. Physicians are under ever increasing pressure to see more patients and in some cases, a patient every six to ten minutes. This makes it more difficult for physicians to develop a patient's detailed history of present illness ("HPI"). Use of PrimeCareOnTheWeb.com will enable our Members' physicians to obtain a detailed HPI, accompanied by a list of diagnostic possibilities, derived from the patient's answering PCW's problem-specific questionnaires via AHN's intranet. This is accomplished prior to the patient's coming to the office, and without requiring any physician time. PCW also creates significant other benefits for the physician. It eliminates the need for and cost of dictation and transcription of the HPI, automatically calculates HCFA's Evaluation & Management code for "Patient History" and supporting data for the "Complexity of Decision Making" for HCFA and other third party reimbursement, reduces the risk of malpractice liability due to errors of omission, and will be a source of added income for AHN Members from their use of the PSI sites."
