("Millennium"), a Baltimore based, healthcare management company. Under the terms of the agreement, Millennium will promote use by its 3,000 plus nationally dispersed healthcare provider clients of PrimeCareOnTheWeb.com, YourOwnDoctor.com, and YourOwnHealth.com, products of OCGT's wholly owned subsidiary, PrimeCare Systems, Inc. ("PSI").

The patient's responses are immediately processed to generate a Report that includes all of the patient's yes and pertinent negative responses and a list of the diagnostic considerations with the responses repeated that support each consideration. This creates a comprehensive history of the patient's current medical problem for the physician. The Report can be used for remote triage via the Internet and initial treatment planning, all without requiring the patient to travel to the doctor's office.
