New Rochelle, N.Y. – July 11, 2001 - OCG Technology, Inc. (OTC BB: "OCGT") announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, PrimeCare Systems, Inc. ("PSI"), has entered into an agreement with Physicians Alliance, Ltd.("PAL") to integrate three of PSI's Web sites, PrimeCareOnTheWeb.com, YourOwnDoctor.com, and YourOwnHealth.com (collectively the "PSI sites"), into PAL's planned intranet for use by Pal's association of 14 clinics and their 48 physicians, 19 Physician Assistants, staff and patients.

This saves our physicians considerable time and expense while improving communications with our patients."

Physicians Alliance Ltd. is located in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania area. PAL physicians have admission privileges at Lancaster Regional Medical Center, Community Hospital, and Lancaster General Hospital.

OCGT and PSI have an extensive commitment to healthcare software and informatics technology. They own, maintain, and operate several Internet Web sites that use various sections of PSI's PrimeCareTM Patient Management System ("PrimeCare System"), an in-office client-server based, user friendly, unique patient-physician interactive system that creates an electronic medical record documenting the entire patient-physician encounter: the patient's history of present illness ("HPI"), physical findings, assessment, tests, treatment plan and medications prescribed; and provides physician reference and patient education materials. The PrimeCare System contains an authoritative and comprehensive knowledge database of approximately 285 symptom and problem oriented patient HPI Questionnaires. Patients are seated at a computer and answer complaint-specific HPI questions by using just the number keys to indicate answers that apply to them; no typing or computer skills are required. To date the Company has migrated the HPI Questionnaires and other sections of the PrimeCare System to its Internet Products. The Company continues to migrate the entire PrimeCare System to the Internet. The Company plans to implement connectivity with hand held and wireless devices where appropriate and technically feasible.

PrimeCareOnTheWeb (www.primecareontheweb.com) is restricted to use by physicians and their patients. It enables physicians or their staffs to select and have their patients securely complete, via the Internet, one or more HPI Questionnaires related to the patient's symptoms or problems. The patient's responses are immediately processed to generate a report that includes all of the patient's positive and pertinent negative responses along with a list of diagnostic considerations with the patient's responses noted that support each consideration. This report creates a comprehensive history of the patient's current medical problem for the physician. The report can be used for remote triage via the Internet and initial treatment planning, all without requiring the patient to travel to the doctor's office. Patient interview reports completed through PrimeCareOnTheWeb can be automatically incorporated into PSI's in-office PrimeCare System.

YourOwnDoctor.com (www.yourowndoctor.com) is a Web community that provides individual web sites for registered physicians to promote the physician's practices and services offered, and provide a quick and convenient point of access for the physician's patients. Through www.YourOwnDoctor.com ("YOD"), PSI will provide free individual Web sites for all PAL physicians that enable them to promote their services. YOD also provides a direct link to www.YourOwnHealth.com ("YOH"), a free health and wellness site for consumers that enables them to securely and anonymously select and complete HPI Questionnaires and to store the completed questionnaires in YourOwnHealthTM Notebook, a secure depository within the site for the storage of personal and family medical data that can be accessed only through registered IDs and passwords.

YourOwnHealth.com (www.yourownhealth.com) is a consumer health and wellness web site that includes current medical news, medically reviewed reference materials, and more than 100 of PSI's most frequently used problem-specific medical questionnaires. It also features a personal health Notebook where consumers can securely store medical information about themselves.
