Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: OCGT - News) announced today that its wholly
owned subsidiary PrimeCare International, Inc., has been awarded a subcontract
from NetImpact Holdings, Inc. (OTC: NTHD - News) which provides for
OCGT's PrimeCare(TM) Version 9 software to be used as an integral part
of NetImpact's NetCare7.0(TM), a powerful and dynamic healthcare information
management and analysis system. NetImpact recently announced it has
been awarded a five-year, three-phase contract to create a healthcare
information infrastructure for Mali, a nation of 11 million people in
western Africa.
During phase one of NetImpact's Mali contract, NetImpact will assess
the current healthcare infrastructure of Mali and determine the final
specifications for the new system. Phase one is scheduled to take 12
to 14 weeks to complete. After approval of the final specifications
by Mali's Ministry of Health the second phase will commence. The second
phase consists of the installation and operation by NetImpact of a comprehensive
healthcare information system throughout Mali. PrimeCare(TM) Version
9 will be an integral part of NetCare7.0(TM), the heart of the infrastructure
system.
