OCGT’s PrimeCare Version Nine Provides High Level of Care for VA Prisoners
(Customer Case Study)

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

New Rochelle N.Y.— March 04, 2005 —OCG Technology, Inc. (OTCBB:OCGT) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary PrimeCare Systems, Inc. (“PSI”), Version Nine software has been successfully integrated and fully operational for the past eighteen months at both the Virginia Beach, VA and Hampton, VA local jails.

Dr. Abdul Jamaludeen, a medical consultant to PrimeCare Systems, Inc., introduced the Version Nine system’s innovative set of primary care patient management tools into both of the Virginia jails to provide improved medical services to all prisoners and to help identify prisoners who may require chronic care. “I can now manage and provide a higher level of care,” says Dr. Abdul Jamaludeen, who is the Medical Director, for the Correctional Medical Services contracts at the jails. “The PrimeCare System gives me, my nurses and physician assistants the flexibility, mobility and detailed medical information to care for all of my patients from multiple locations. It’s an excellent piece of software.”

At the time of the prisoner’s incarceration, an initial exam and comprehensive Health Assessment questionnaire are completed and stored in the inmate’s personal PrimeCare electronic medical record. When the prisoner has a heath concern, he or she fills out a form requesting to see Dr. Jamaludeen and explain their problem, i.e. sore throat, abdominal pain, etc. A medical staff member arranges for the prisoner to complete one or more of PrimeCare’s 280 problem-specific “History of Present Illness” questionnaires (“HPI”). The medical staff selects the questionnaire(s) relevant to the case, and assists the patient in completing the assigned HPI.

The completed interview data is transferred into the PrimeCare Patient Management System by the medical staff, and is then reviewed Dr. Jamaludeen. Based on the review, Dr. Jamaludeen determines whether to examine the patient personally, or to have a nurse advise the patient on the proper course of action to treat the complaint and complete their medical visit. The completed encounter is stored in the patient’s permanent, secure, HIPAA compliant electronic medical record.

The Medical Director making prison rounds uses the PrimeCare System to retrieve patient information, and consults with the Preliminary System Diagnosis before pursuing a physical examination and determining a treatment plan. The Medical Director is also able to access patient records securely via any Internet Connection. This capability allows him to continue to manage patients and provide a high degree of medical care, analysis and attention while off-site at another facility.

PrimeCare’s Version Nine Patient Management System enables all information to be stored electronically in the system to better manage patient care around the clock. It provides doctors and medical staff with a complete patient management system, and includes patient illness questionnaires, patient medication interaction alerts, potential differential diagnosis, and patient education material for staff to print and review with all patients. The PrimeCare System is a multi-lingual system that can switch from English to Spanish with a single keystroke. This facility allows Spanish-speaking patients to communicate effectively with medical staff.

Using PrimeCare’s Version Nine System translates into lower costs of medical treatments and increased moral among the medical staff and patient population. There are no servers or expensive software to purchase. A small usage fee is charged per patient encounter.

Marriott Winchester, Senior VP said, “We are confident that the PrimeCare Version Nine software will continue to provide the necessary tools to allow the medical community to meet their goals and the challenge to be more efficient while providing better patient care.”

A fully functional evaluation version of the Version Nine software can be downloaded at the company’s web site, http://www.versionnine.com.
