It includes built-in audit trails utilizing detailed tracking to record and authenticate who in the provider's office had access to the data at any given time, any updates made to the data, the precise time and date when changes were made, and the identity of the computer used to make the changes. PCare2002 stores information in a secure, off-site central data repository, so only authorized personnel have access to it.
