January 1, 2005 — PrimeCare Systems, Inc., (PSI), a wholly owned subsidiary of OCG Technology, developed PrimeCare Online (PCO), a new healthcare insurance product that provides PCO enrollees with access to a 24-hour medical services desk, which is staffed by medical personnel who can advise patients of proper medical steps, possibly reducing unnecessary office visits.
